When publishing photos alongside a report, you must verify the copyright holder of the image. According to Circular 42, copyright protects a photographer's artistic choices, including the selection of subject matter, positioning, camera lens, angle, lighting, and timing.

Photographers can register a group of up to 750 photographs in a single application, provided they are all published or all unpublished. The digital files and the required title list can be combined in a zip file that must not exceed 500 megabytes.
