Content Credentials and Metadata — Content Credentials and Metadata

Managing digital assets requires organizing file names and metadata to ensure clear identification. For copyright registration, applicants must compile a list specifying the title and file name for each photograph.

The file name of each uploaded digital image must directly match the corresponding name provided in this title list. Maintaining structured file names and matching records is a practical way to verify image provenance and prevent administrative delays.
