Verify Image Publication Dates — Verify Image Publication Dates

Visual evidence must be scrutinized by identifying the original publication details of any accompanying photographs. Under official registration guidelines, a group of published photographs must all be published within the same calendar year.

The registration application must specify both the earliest and the latest dates that the photographs in the group were published. Verifying these verified publication dates helps researchers establish the timeline and relevance of the visual media.
