Embrace the Unresolved — Embrace the Unresolved

Some aspects of a visual story's history may remain unresolved due to incomplete or conflicting records. In official processes, such as copyright registration, making an error often requires starting the application over to ensure accuracy.

Editorial teams should adopt a similarly rigorous standard, correcting identified mistakes promptly and transparently. Acknowledging what cannot be definitively proven is always preferable to presenting speculative details as established facts.
